Help with a 1996 Polaris SL780 jet ski

We can not get the jet ski to start like I am not getting gas. It is not turning over.
We can starter fuel to the carburetor and it will start but once it burns off it is done. It will not turn over then.
Took gas tank off and got all the old gas out.
Took carburetor off and cleaned it all out.
Put new gas pump on.
Checked all lines from gas tank to gas pump and from gas pump to carburetor.
Charged battery to full charge. Have not tried a different battery.
Checked the electrical box and the fuse appeared to be good.
Put in new spark plugs in.

What am I missing please?

Not to be a wise guy, but did you check the fuel shut off valve?

Did you replace the fuel filter?
Did you check to see that the new spark plugs are actually sparking?

Any assistance is appreciated.

The fuel valve is on. The spark plugs were firing.

We have not changed out the fuel filter yet.

Does the carb have gas in it?

If the carb has gas in it check to see if you are getting compression and check that air is sucking through the carb. I suspect, if gas is getting to the carb, that the reed valve(s) are sticking or broken. But you need to confirm, you should have been able to see the reed valves when you took the carb off. Also when you said you cleaned the carb, did you blow carb cleaner through the jets and passages to make sure they are clean and clear? I wouldn't buy any more parts until you figure out what is wrong.

We did blow/clean out carb.

The reed valve looked good.

We are not getting gas to the carbs.

Fuel Pump not pumping maybe?

Ensure your filler cap if sealing properly.

The fuel tank needs to be pressurized and a leaking filler cap seal will prevent this which will result in your exact symptom.
