I thought it was sold, gone. Saw an ad in The Laconia Sun for upcoming schedules...???

Long story
Sale fell through. Thread from last fall somewhere on the forum
|
yup, the sale fell thru, because there is a possibility that its an old Indian burial ground or something, the guy didn't want to end up stuck with it if it turned out it had too much historical significance to be allowed to do anything with it.

Here's an article about it:

weirs drive in
When I was young we went to the drive in by boat. We would park at the Weirs beach dock and walk over with a blanket. Walk in's would pay .25 cent's.
I think the year's were 1966 to 1972. |
Great memories...

Did you get a hot dog at intermission? Loved intermission. Always fell asleep in the back seat during the ride home. Can't be many drive-ins left. |
Sixth Sale Fell Through
The property will be put back on the market with an asking price in excess of $3 million.

Read the article. I start to question the sellers demands as this is the “sixth” time a buyer has walked away.

In character
Not surprising if you have dealt with Patricia Baldi. (Meaning she drives a hard bargain)
