Using Tapatalk
 

Since my laptop died, I have been using my Samsung Tablet exclusively to access Winnipesaukeecam.com. In the past I used both the laptop and tablet interchangeably with no issues.
In the last few weeks, when I get on the site, when I go into any forum, I click on a particular thread to read it, and the posts aren't there. If I click on the 3 vertical dots, I can click on webview and see the various posts.
I made my way to Tapatalk support and the email link doesn't work for support.
Anyone else have the problem? Suggestions? I realize this isnt a Winni problem, but hope someone may have a hint.

I downloaded a different version of Tapatalk and while not quite as user friendly as the older (newer is not always better :( ), it works.

The only problem I have with using Tapatalk is when people post important details in the subject line, which you don't see in Tapatalk.

You got me nervous since I just updated Tapatalk on my server a few weeks ago. However, I just verified that it is properly installed and it works fine on my phone. I can see all the threads and the posts within them.

Tapatalk is constantly pushing out server updates to improve security and add features. You may have to keep your app updated to use the new features and for it to work properly.

As you mentioned, I (winnipesaukee.com) only allow Tapatalk to connect to my forum by installing some files on my server. Beyond that I am just another user and you should contact (or try to contact) Tapatalk support if you have problems.

Thanks Don. It happened suddenly. Working fine one time, problems later that day. Weird. New and "improved " is working ok. thinkxingu, I agree. If I am putting something important in the subject line, I also try to put it in the body.
