I used Bryan Bailey out of Gilford, Nice guy and did a good job with my complicated plan.

We have used David Dolan in Moultonborough, he was great!

Not enough information.

If your lot has been staked - a good metal detector will find the existing stakes.

If you are sub-dividing a lot then yes you will need a surveyor.

Hambrook in Sandwich is another. I used Hambook to find my pins. All he used was a good metal detector.

Not enough info?? Poster's looking for his land to be staked out pretty straight forward.

I would not trust a metal detector as the sole source of finding and positively identifying property markers. First off, not all markers are metal pins, many are locust stakes. Secondly, and more important - finding a marker in the area in which you think it might be is not good enough proof of lot line. Any good surveyor will tie it in to other stakes, pins, and more importantly monuments to prove-out the location and compare actual vs planned.

Not sure if you read my entire post.

But below is the original post.

"Any recommendations to get my lot lines staked out and a plot plan."

Not enough information.
Is OP subdividing property or just seeking his pins? If there are pins, then a metal detector will find them. If OP needs new pins, then of course he will need a surveyor. A plot plan can be had at the town hall.

What is the reason or needs of OP? Not clear.

And I did state the name of a qualified surveyor in my post.

Whew !
