Liliuokalani Ice Cream

Haven't seen anything on this place on the forum, so I thought I'd throw it out there: what a great spot! Came twice on our vacation this week--ice cream, location, and staff were all top notch. Cheers! https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...7cf66b7412.jpg

Hidden Treasure?

Where-o-where is this treat located? 😛

Reminds me of the banana split at Howard Johnsons. Really miss those.
Located just past Naswa on the water. I believe one can arrive by boat.

I am a retired workaholic and continuing aquaholic.

On the east side of Paugus Bay, about 1 mile off the Weirs roundabout.

Queen Liliuokalani...

OK, I give up.

Why is a New Hampshire ice cream shop named for the final, beloved—yet overthrown—monarch of Hawai'i? (Queen Liliuokalani). :eek2:

.

Or by boat, just south of the no wake zone ends entering Paugus Bay. It will be on your left. East side.

Took 4 people there yesterday by boat. Everyone was happy.

They have docks but it gets very rough as boats slow or start up at the no wake zone.

It would have been quicker for you to walk than boat there , no rough water to deal with

They have A dock, only long enough for 2 average boats or maybe 4 PWC's. And yes, the water can get quite rough in that area with the traffic.

In 21 seasons boating on the lake, I've only been there once by boat because the dock is always full (2 boats tied up), which it was yesterday. I'm not saying it's their fault, just very little dock space. It would be easier to go by car, if I wasn't towing a 25ft boat. :(

That would be along walk! My house and boat are about 5 miles away and I am too old for that walk! Though it would be a great opportunity to walk off the ice cream calories on the way home!
