Tamarack Out-Back, formerly Tuscany Bistro, Free cheese pizza today

Not sure if this would be considered advertising or information. If anyone is unhappy with it I'll take it down ASAP. I'm giving away free Cheese pizzas today. No strings, no hidden costs. The only caveats are 1. I do have to charge for toppings and 2. It's while they last. That's only 'cause the toppings are a bit pricey. Also, I made a fresh batch of dough so I gotta lotta pies I can make, not gonna bait & switch and say 'Oh, sorry, just out of pizza, would you like to buy a nice tuna sub?' Nope, wouldn't work anyway because I don't sell tuna subs... So, here's how it'll work...

You: 'Hi, I'd like a pizza...'

Me: 'Okey Doke'

Then I'll cook it & give it to you.
Actually, I'll cook it, put it in a nifty pizza box and then I'll give it to you. Or, I can put it on a pizza pan, give it to you and you can eat it here.
Anyway... Today there is such a thing as a free lunch. I make really good pizza, stop by, I'll start at noon.
Again, if this is too much like advertising and not so much informational, let me know & I'll take it off.

Hope to see you...

Been trying to lose a sore throat-cold for a couple days now, and I heard that free, hot cheese pizza is just what the Doctor would prescribe for losing a cold. As the Doctor says; "go a little heavy on the cheese!":)

How can free pizza be a bad thing

Is that FLL I hear knocking on your door right now to get in?:D

I almost stopped in a couple weeks ago (the really warm weekend.) Didn't realize they were there till the last minute. How is this place? Is it affiliated with the Tamarack? Overall do you folks recommend it?

BroadHopper 03-29-2010 10:44 AM

I'm psyched!

Where is this place? At the old Tamarack drive in?

Went to get my free pizza and was surprised FLL have not showed up! Disappointed really as I wanted to chew the fat with the guy.

Pizza was excellent! Homemade dough and sauce. Ask for the works and GTL delivers! Even sample his homemade chili! Definitely go back. :D

I too jumped on the free pizza express today, and i have to say it was some of the best i have ever had.:liplick: I loved the neopolitan type crust. I also was offered his LARGE sample of chili and it to was excellent!:D He would not discuss the secret recipe but did say it was a beer base. The part i liked best was the fact it is owned by a husband and wife team that is making their lifes dream come true. Learned that part by his just connecting to his customers. He was talking to all the customers that way. You could tell it meant alot to him that we were there. I thought for sure there would be a catch but like he said in his post.... FREE! with a smile. Smart if you think about it,if you have a great product what a great way to prove it. With the great location you would think that would be enoughf but he wants to get the product to the people in a hurry to set the tone for the summer i guess. Any way they have my vote for BEST pizza and BEST chilli !!!! Good luck to you guys this summer!:liplick:

Long time until summer so maybe some who liked the food would go back!!!!! Or tell a friend or a neighbor about the place. We do need to support local businesses over the slow seasons. Always try to eat a meal or two out when I am there.

Not only do I harbor no malice to this fine post, but I'd encourage other fine establishments to follow yer lead.

I see by my clock it's coming upon 5pm - so if any liquor store managers are within shouting distance of the interwebs....

...well, I'm just sayin'
