Village Kitchen Nights

Hope I'm not out of line putting a plug in for the VK since I'm not the owner any more. Seth Young and his wife Anna are doing an awesome job with all the old favorites and also putting his touch on some new specials.
Anyway, he told me they are starting nights again on Sept 22.....just thurs, fri and sat for now.
They are bringing back the chicken parm, turkey dinner, fish fry with haddock, prime rib and the seafood caserole.
So disappointed when we had to drop nights and glad to see that they are able to get going again.

Vk------ can't go wrong!

Thrilled to see Seth and Anna doing so well.............they're both terrific, young, hard working restaurateurs all while being fabulous parents. Had breakfast there Saturday morning and it was sensational (as always.)

Can't wait for evening opening; love the VK, Seth and Anna deserve the town's support, this is a wonderful story. Wishing the VK, Anna, Seth and their young family only great success!

Sam, how wonderful they will be keeping it pretty much the same. Why change a successful business?!

Seth has been with with me since the age of 15. He's learned everything there is to know about the place. He and Ronda pretty much ran the place with us being in Florida winters and always did a great job. Ronda ran everything in the front of the house as well as a lot of HR stuff.
Many of our favorite specials were his ideas and while he respects tradition, he and Anna will definitely try a few new ideas.

That's great. It sounds familiar....

Do you know if the new owners have "welcomed in" the younger crowd? Or are they still adamant on "NO Credit Card!"

My family and friends would consider another visit if they would consider OUR wants and needs.... If not, there are plenty of other places that we will spend our money

I wish them the best of luck in any event.
