Rental needed for six months

Our friends have just moved from Florida back to the Lakes Region and are in the process of building a new house! But they really need to find a furnished rental from July 1st until their home is done, approximately six months. They are in their 70s with no pets, lovely people! Anyone know of anything?

On Craigslist there is a furnished 1 bedroom apt in a two-family home in Alton for $1800/month. Looks cute
