There were just three sales on Lake Winnipesaukee in February, 2017 but all were over the million-dollar mark. The average sales price came in at $1,525,533 with a median price point of $1,250,000. In February of 2016, there were six sales at an average price of $1,102,833 with a median of $813,500. We finished the year off on Winnipesaukee with fourteen waterfront sales at an average price of $1,737,750 and a median price point of $1,261,250. That is less than the nineteen transactions posted last December, but it was enough to keep us on track for a little better year overall than 2015.

There were fourteen single family waterfront sales in November on Lake Winnipesaukee. The average sales price came in well over the million mark at $1,592,728 with a median price point of $1.4 million! There were eight sales over a million dollars and two over $4 million! October was a pretty good month for waterfront sales on Winnipesaukee with 15 transactions at an average price of $1,279,667! There were 6 sales over $1 million with the highest coming in at $4.35 million. The median price point on the lake for the month was $895,000.
