We finished the year off on Winnipesaukee with fourteen waterfront sales at an average price of $1,737,750 and a median price point of $1,261,250. That is less than the nineteen transactions posted last December, but it was enough to keep us on track for a little better year overall than 2015.

There were 104 single family residential home sales in November 1016 in the twelve Lakes Region communities covered by this report. The average sales price came in at $319,840 and the median price point was $205,000. Those numbers are well above last November's 88 transactions at an average of $297,347 and median of $189,950.
