As of February 1, 2015 there were 781 single family residential homes on the market in the twelve Lakes Region communities covered in this report. The median asking price was $249,900 which means that some 390 homes were priced below that number making for a lot of affordable available homes. This inventory level represents about a nine month supply of inventory on the market.

As the New Year begins we saw almost two hundred listings expire without selling in the twelve communitiesin the Lakes Region covered by the real estate market report. There were 67 residential home sales in November 2014 in the Lakes Region of NH communities covered by this real estate market report. The average price came in at $286,956 and the median price point was $201,000. Last November we had 89 sales at an average price of $227,738. That’s a pretty hefty drop in the total sales number but at least the average sales price is up!
