June was a fantastic month as far as Winnipesaukee waterfront sales were concerned. There were seventeen sales at an average price of $940,500 and seven of those sales were over the million dollar mark. That compares to twelve sales last June with ten of those over a million resulting in a higher $1.78 million average. There were 64 residential home sales in March in the twelve towns listed in this Lakes Region of NH real estate report. That's a 12% increase over last March. The average sales price came in at $314,161 last month compared to just under $300,000 last year. There were four sales over the million dollar mark bolstering the average sales price. Hey! There were fourteen waterfront sales on Winnipesaukee in March! Thatís a pretty good month in my book. Lakes Region Waterfront Sales Report - February 2012

There were seven waterfront sales on Winnipesaukee in February at an average price of $606,429. That doesnít sound real impressive but there were just six sales last February at an average price of $467,667 so we are one up for the month.
