Winni Waterfront Report - February 2017
There were just three sales on Lake Winnipesaukee in February, 2017 but all were over the million-dollar mark. The average sales price came in at $1,525,533 with a median price point of $1,250,000. In February of 2016, there were six sales at an average price of $1,102,833 with a median of $813,500. There were seven sales over the million dollar mark but no sales over $2 million.
