There were a couple of condo sales in both Colonial Hills and The Hamptons in September along with a single family home in Long Bay.

Both units in the Hamptons were nicely updated. The home at 7 Lantern has 1,938 square feet and sold for $309,500 after just 20 days on the market. The home at 11 Lantern has 1,663 square feet and brought $307,000 after 80 days on the market. Both units sold considerably above their tax assessed values.

Over in Colonial Hills, the unit at 6C Independence Way sold for slightly below the assessed value at $143,000 after 306 days on the market. This is a two bedroom unit with 1,436 square feet of space. The larger three bedroom, 1,600 square foot unit at 11 B Constitution Way sold in 449 days for $177,500 which was above its assessed value of $168,100.

The Long Bay sale was at 23 Oakleigh Drive and it was under contract in just 8 days so it must have been pretty nice! And, it must have been a pretty good value selling for just $449,000 which was well under the assessed value of $494,700. This home has 2,867 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, and three full baths plus all the Long Bay amenities that make living here the wonderfulk experience that it is!

You can always find out what is new on the market in South Down and Long Bay by visiting Lakes Region Home or clicking here anytime!
