Winni Waterfront Sales - August 2014

There were seventeen sales on Lake Winnipesaukee in August 2014 at an average price of $1,144,029 and a median price of $899,000. There were seven sales over the magic million dollar mark. That’s pretty good but not as good as last August when there were twenty three transactions at an average sales price of $732,396....
