October was a pretty good month for waterfront sales on Winnipesaukee with 15 transactions at an average price of $1,279,667! There were 6 sales over $1 million with the highest coming in at $4.35 million. The median price point on the lake for the month was $895,000. That brings us to a total of 143 sales on Winni so far this year with an average price of $1,102,119...
