Long Bay and Southdown Shores November Sales Report

There were two condo and two residential home sales in the month of November in the Long Bay and Southdown Shores communities. A detached condo unit at 82 Gables found a buyer after only two days on the market! This unit was in great shape and had many recent upgrades thus the quick sale at $335,000 which was slightly over the assessed value of $320,500.

The highest sale for the month was the new construction home at 153 Long Bay Drive. Originally listed in May of 2012 at $499,900, this 2,522 square foot, four bedroom contemporary was on the market for a total of 396 days before finding a buyer at $469,900 which was below the $492,600 assessed value.

If you are considering listing your home for sale, now is a great time to get ready and make the move! The New Year is a time when many people consider making changes in their lifestyle and that often includes buying a new vacation or retirement home. If you have been thinking of selling your residence and would like to discuss your options, feel free to give me a call anytime…
