It will several weeks until I get over too the lake. Can some take a shot of the Parker Marine docks to see how the ice looks?

Was by there on Friday and the river is wide open. Some real thin ice around my slip across the river from Parker's. Ice at Parker's had that end-of-the-season look to it.

Thanks.
Hopefully we get a warm Spring to go along with the early ice-out so the water temp in May is more tolerable to prolong the season.

#74 (I think) which is about 6-8 down on the second dock and on the river side. It will be a while before all the ice goes out, I think, and it could reform if we get any colder weather slide in. I'm thinking we could see at least one more major snow storm this year, at the least. I'm still thinking that after May 1st to put the boat in.:rolleye1:

A reminder to all, check your insurance policies first. My policy, and I believe many others, only covers the boat in-water from May 1 to Nov 1.
Even if ice-out is early (and it's certainly looking like a record breaker!), you might not be able to splash the boat unless you make additional insurance arrangements.
Just a couple quick pictures of the area by Downings.:)

My policy is April 1 to October 31. I got a little nervous last fall...I was about a week or so late . No harm, no foul though :o
