Air pollution warning issued for southwestern NH

I suppose that depends on what the definition of IS, is! :confused:

The Herald was quoting THIS PRESS RELEASE (http://des.nh.gov/media/pr/2010/20100113_alert.htm)from NH DES

The DES issued THIS AS A FOLLOW UP (http://www2.des.state.nh.us/airdata/air_quality_forecast.asp).

Moderate vs Unhealthy. It seems to me that in the initial press release the state meant to say unhealthy for sensitive groups, but instead just issued a warning of unhealthy.

Now the question is what is an "unusually sensitive person"? Someone with respiratory problems? The state site really isn't clear.
