I think Glenn's father needs to be shown how to PM (personal message).

If you are looking at a thread where Glenn has commented you left click on his screen name and a drop down menu will appear. Chose Personal message or email and you will be brought to the appropriate screen to write your message. One thing, you will need a title for the message if you are PM'ing. Good luck.:)
