Winnisquam ice fishing access

A friend of mine is interested in doing some ice-fishing this winter on Winnisquam and asked if I knew of any public access points. I don't have a clue, so I thought I'd ask here.

I think that Ahern State Park (Laconia) would be a good access point. I am not sure if they plow the road down to the water's edge however.
