I was in tonight. They are now cryovacing the products for freezing. You just need to call ahead and they will have it all vacuum packed for you to freeze when you arrive. They are also shipping now, and have a new website as well.

 Water only makes a fire like this hotter! Try milk or bread to cool things down.

Just go and buy a Food Saver machine. We did about 18 months ago. A little pricey, but when economy was really, really bad, and Shaw's was selling 10lbs of chicken for $10 ... well you gotta take advantage of that. Or if you buy at BJ's or wherever, having the Food Saver (which is a vacuum sealing machine) is great. We buy rice, coffee, whatever, and put some into containers in the kitchen, seal the bags up or put into weighed bags for sealing that go into basement or freezer. It's a money saver in the end.

Yes the Steakhouse tips are great. We always pick-up some Key West chicken breasts as well. Makes a great combo.

Yes, I certainly suggest getting a sealer for yourselves. I have one as well. I freeze vegetables from when they are in season for the winter months.
But the Wine'ing butcher is doing it so that you can call them up from say from MA and order your steak house tips that you like, from them and they will ship it to you, sealed and in a container. Or do it for your ride home from the Lakes or wherever you live. That is why I was mentioning it. I am sure they will vacuum seal it for you to store in your freezer as well. For those that do not have a bag sealer.:D
