It's sad to see two businesses going belly up. :emb: It was fun to poke through the Five and Dime. Guess we didn't do it often enough. :o
Adams Marina is where we started renting boats. Sorry they didn't make it.
I think I will go back to the Are All The Leaves Down (http://www.winnipesaukee.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8843) thread to get my smile back.

All depends on the legal documents behind the docks and how the whole things was set up. If it was not done properly, you can be that there could be some wonderful lawsuits.

Condo's - even dock and rack condo's have to have Atty. Gen. approval of all document related to the creation of any condo association before they can even take a binding deposit and sell them. So I would guess that the dock condo's are OK and they are not part of the Marina issues with the bank.
Now Adams Marine may have had a contract for services with the condo owners. That will be something that the condo owners may have problems with but I do not know anything about that. The lawyers could get their hands in on that part.
