Today I attempted to upload some eagle images I shot this week and received the message "sorry but you are over your quota for allowed disk space". I only have 13 images in my gallery. Is this too many?
Thanks for your help!

While awaiting Webmaster D's reply .... I believe it's not the number of pics you have posted but the space they take up. Because the new software automagically compresses the pics, people have taken to posting them direct from the camera. The result is large (# of pixels) pics taking up a lot of disk space (# of MBytes) on the server. E-mail the webmaster if you want and see if your quota can be increased. But no matter what I recommend resizing your pics first so the largest dimension is about 1000 pixels (ie - resize a 3000x2000 pixel image down to 1000x666 pixels) and then compressing them yourself, applying just enough compression so as not to introduce any visible artifacts, before saving them to Winni.com. You'll save a lot of disk space and be able to post more pics as a result.

Jonas Pilot you can e-mail the webmaster and ask him to open up your gallery to post more pics.

Thanks! You've given me some homework!
I use Faststone Resizer.. free and dirt simple to use.

You can take high res pics directly from the camera and resize and save them in email and forum friendly sizes.
