Suissevale Boat Safety Inspections

We will be doing USPS boat safety inspections for the folks at Suissevale on 7/25 and 7/31 from 10am-12pm. If you have a jetski and want it inspected, you can slowly and carefully bring it to the end of the swim area next to the shoreline, onto the sand. Find one of us (wearing red shirts)... the inspections are FREE

Anyway, we will probably be in the marina area, as that's where the boats are anchored ... but for PWC owners, they can beach their craft (near the little lagoon area) and come find one of us... See you there

I thought this was as advertised for members only? Just what I thought I recall seeing on a posting around the beach or clubhouse. Regardless, not bad to have done.

Hi. Guess I am being the bonehead today!! The inspection is not just for Suissevale members... although most boats there will be owned by residents. I just learned that if anyone wants to beach a jetski, they need a Suissevale sticker, although I know that folks beach jetskis and do not have stickers.

HOWEVER, I don't want to cause a slew of boats to come to Suissevale near the beach, because if the sun is out the beach will be full of kids... and the traffic wouldn't be good at all. And we all know that there are many Captain Boneheads out there.

So, if you or anyone else wants their boat inspected, send me a PM and I can tell you where the USPS is holding free safetfy inspections on the lake this summer, or you can go to their website, http://www.lrsps.org/, which will probably have a listing.
