Moultonborough location - Windermere Rd ?

Hello.....

Is anyone familiar with Windermere Rd in Moultonborough ?
I'm looking at a rental property in this neighborhood, and really don't know anything about the area?.

- Is this road actually out on Long Island' ?
- Does anyone know about Windermere Lake Association, and what facilities they have:
Beach, Pool,Tennis?
- Is there a boat ramp nearby
- Is Trexler's Marine near this location ?
- How far to nearest grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Windemere Rd is indeed out on Long Island.... It is a gated community the last I knew.... although I haven't been over that way in while...... The state boat ramp and the Moultonborough ramp are near by..... Windemere properties look out over at Little Bear, Devens, and Cow Islands

Some other info - it's about 10 miles down Moultonborough Neck so you can add a few more miles to that for the nearest restaurant.

The nearest grocery store is about 4-5 miles away (JoJo's) but you don't want to do your main shopping there. The closest large grocery store is Heath's which is 3-4 miles from the end of Moultonborough Neck.
