Winnipesaukee Cuisine (http://www.winnicuisine.com/winni/index.htm) presents Hungry for Summer - Recipes and Stories
from islanders of Lake Winnipesaukee. This new cookbook should be available by the end of June.
Jeanette and Daryl are second generation islanders that realized an island inspired cookbook would be a unique endeavor. Many of the recipes evolved due to the limited pantry items one would have on an island. Along with the recipes, they have collected some interesting stories to share with us.
