May 2 Annual Meeting
May 2, 2009 will be our Annual Dinner and Club Meeting at the Grille 25 on Route 25 in Moultonboro. The change in venue was due to an increased price at Hart's Turkey Farm. Grille 25 will serve a buffet style Roast Turkey and Roast Beef dinner with garlic mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables and all the fixings, tea, coffee and dessert. Appetizers and cash bar will be at 6:15PM with dinner to follow at 7PM. The price will be $18.50. We have to guarantee 25 people, so please call with your reservation by April 29th. I can be reached at 253-4372 or by e-mail: winnfabric@roadrunner.com . We request payment by CHECK made out to the Moultonboro Snowmobile Club. I plan to hold a raffle for Trails and/or Easter Seals. Please bring items to raffle.
This will be my last function. We need someone to step forward to replace me as "Social Director". It's fun and you get to meet and talk to a lot of nice people. I will be there to help when necessary.
