Help with listing

Wonder if someone out there can help out. I'm interested in finding out about a home listing on rte 109 in Moultonborough. It's right before the fork of rte's 109 and 171 it's on the same side of the street as Barts Seafood (just down the road a bit.) Is anyone familiar, would you know who has the home listed?

If you know what the house looks like, and obviously you know the town, try Realtor.com. A lot of realtors post there, it's good free advertising!

If you mean the small white "cape Style" almost across from Skelley's Market, I "THINK," is is for "Sale by Owner," and not listed. I think that's what the sign said. If that's the one, next time one of us (forum members) drives, by we can look for a contact number. The owners of "Skelley's Market," may know as well. It's worth a phone call!

Hi - it's a home for sale and it's down the road maybe 1/4 from Skelleys. It's been a few months since I've been up but I THINK (going by memory) that it's red. It's the home that I believe used to have the Taxidermy services sign out front, the persone who loved there did this service for years. It's practically right at the split of 109 and 117. It's closer to the fork in the road than it is Skelleys.

I did try Realty.com and didn't see it listed. My folks drove by it a few weeks ago and my dad did say there's a realtors sign out front but he doesn't have any other info.

I looked a bit on nneren and only came up with this. There is a real estate sign at a house immediately on the left as head toward Skelley's but I think that is Schmidt's Residence/office, not a house for sale.

On the right side there has been another sign up that I think says land. They were selling an nice older Rinkerbuilt boat at one point if that is the same property you are thinking about. I will take a look in a hour or so.

The white house with the for sale sign across from Paradise drive, I'm pretty sure is on the foreclosure block.

I can't figure out from the contents of this thread if the home is for sale exclusively by the owners or by an Agency. I don't live in that area either so I couldn't check for you :( However if you do find the house is listed with an Agency I have an excellent potential buyers agent who would be happy to help you, she is amazing. I'd be happy to give you her name. I've worked with several agents, been impressed by far less, yet over the years I've narrowed it down to two. One for Southern NH, and one for Northern NH. I guarantee you she will figure it out for you, even if she has to bang doors down :-) Good luck :D

There was a red one approximately in that location but on the opposite side of the street from Skelleys for sale last summer. If that's the one you're thinking of, your memory is correct.

I haven't had any success finding the listing, either.
