Are there any pistol shooting ranges open to the public in the Lakes region, either indoor or outdoor?

These folks are on Rt 106 in Belmont. 603-524-8678. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Here's their web site: http://www.gunsnh.com/b_range.php.
This is an inside firing range. You can shoot almost anything in there. Bring your own, or rent from them. If you rent from them, you have to buy their ammo.
Must also be the Belmont police shooting range. Each time I'm there, there's usually one or two cops taking target practice.
Don't know if your looking for inside or outside but I belong to Winni sportsmans club in Moultonborough (outside.) Their only 50.00/year to join for use anytime you want. Don't think their open for use by non-members. Not a bad deal if your around there and shoot fairly often.

When I was much younger we used to go to a quarry to shoot. It is located off Rt 25 at the Moulton Farms road between Meredith and Centre Harbor. Go down about 1/2 to 3/4 mile it is on the right. No signs, but it is off to the right. Can anyone else help me with the directions?:)

The Farmington Fish and game club (located in New Durham) has outdoor pistol, rifle and skeet ranges. Membership is $35 a year.

Do you think that would still fly? I ask in all seriousness, I'm curious.

M/V_Bear_II, I have no idea. It wasn't so much a range but a former quarry where someone had setup a large wooden backstop. Many musket balls in the backstop. I am guessing the property, which is actually on Quarry Road may be owned by the Moultons. Maybe stopping by their farm stand will yield an answer as to whether the property is still open for shooting? Price was right back then, free!:)
