Free websites

[bob 1966]

I know this is a little off topic for this forum but I need some info so I thought it won't not hurt to ask.

I am looking into getting a free website from this guy paul and I was wondering if anyone has worked with him or has gotten a website from him. I just want to make sure he is on the up and up.
