I wonder whether there are any places to go blobbing on or near the Big Lake?
Blobbing...you know...

Maybe it's me but it looks like one of the people came back down only to hit the tube again and not clear it.

That does look like fun. How much air do you think they get?
I recall seeing unintentional "blobbs" as clips on several Americas Funniest Home Videos shows. This looks like a fun commercial blobb device possibly made for blobbing.
dpg, if there is a chance someone did miss or get hurt then that might scare some folks. If that happens we could eventually see laws restricting such activity. I should find one before that for my family to try.
I'd have to find a really big blobb jumper if my mother-in-law wants to enjoy this activity .
A few months ago there was a forum thread by someone looking for some new business possibilities for the Lakes Region. Maybe they'll jump on this :rolleye1: idea for a new Lake attraction.

Here's a vid of a Hefty Boy providing the necessary go-power.

Some people just like to pick fights or be nasty...lack of sense of humor is probably the root of it.

This is becoming more common as civility, courtesy and respect for others seem to be disappearing. It was disturbing to read how many of you think nothing of giving the finger to your fellow boaters and lake lovers.
Do you need a visit to the eye doctor to see that the cat is giving you the finger?!

It's not a big pool - just your average round, above ground, 5' deep... you get the idea. He wouldn't end up just on the patio... He'd end up in Barnstead or Gilford, depending on the direction he blobbed off in.... It was hard not cracking up when I had to explain that this was NOT a pool toy! :D
