What will all this rain do to the water temps?

Does anyone have an acurate water temperature for the lake? All of the temps I've seen are from early this month or from June. Where does this fit with years past? The water seems unusually warm. Will this cause problems in late august if we keep getting warmer?
Thanks for the help in advance, in the future, I will have a thermometer off my dock, but I won't be going up for a couple of weeks, so the thermometer is sitting at my house in Southern NH. Hope you are all enjoying the wonderful weather so far this year.

Over the past week or so, the water has been getting cooler. In our area around Cow Is. it went from 78 to 75 (about 1 ft below surface). The lack of sun and cool nights are cooling it down. I don't think the rain itself causes much of a temp shift since there is likely some offset of each other between warm runoff and cold raindrops.

Rain almost always has a cooling effect on the lake temperature.

Temp is now 73 three feet down whereas it hit a max on that level of 79 two weeks ago.

No more swimming for me until it warms a bit.:( At least the algae shouldn't be as much of a problem.:)

No more swimming?!? That's bath water to me!! 63 might keep me out of the water but anything 70 or above is OK by me!!! :D

If your gonna wait for warmer water then you better be there this coming week,, that is when I have my vacation and I always have beautiful weather and warm water. (My little sister has been on vacation and has caused all the rain since the 11th)
