Anyone notice Handy Landing is gone??!! This was a pretty convenient place. There's a for lease sign out front.

That sign went up some time during the winter. There have been a lot of rumors (coffee shop, laundrymat, ice cream shop, T shirt shop) but nothing seems to be going on right now. I used the ATM on the outside of the front of the store yesterday, and it is still working, but I didn't see anything going on inside. Seems like a good location for some kind of business.

Especially good spot because they have the dock along the Channel. Boy what a nice spot it would have been for Pepper!!
