My snow blower took a beating this winter. I need a local repair shop. It's a Craftsmen, but I don't want to haul it all the way to Concord.

Any suggestions of a reliable local repair shop?

My experience with a Craftsman snow blower taught me the lesson that some of the local shops don't have access to Craftsman parts, particularly belts, and this proved to be a problem for me. The Gates belt conversion was not the same as the Craftsman OEM and this meant less efficiency by the snow blower. You might want to ask a local shop if they can get OEM parts.

Say, it isn't that far to Concord.

Over in far distant Moultonborough, on Route 25, there's Mark Richter Small Engine Repair. He has probably worked on every different type of snowblower ever made. As soon as you walk into the store, you'll know you are in the right place.:)

Call Sears at the end of 11B. You can probably drop it there and they will take it to their service center in Manchester, for you.
