I notice there is a "For Lease" sign on the Fitzgerald Motorsports Garage located north of the BK property in Laconia. Anyone know what is transpiring there? I only noticed the sign recently - didn't realize it had closed.

It is not closed. I know the owner of the property as well as the owner of the business. The business owner has made the property owner aware that he potentially will not be renewing the lease. Therefore the owner of the property has put the sign up looking for a new tenant.
