At this time of year, we do not really want any more snow. However, the ECMWF is hinting at a sizable storm for the area with a significant amount of cold air in place. This would likely be snow if it materializes. Some of the other models are starting to see it as well.

Although it is still early, this is something we need to be watching. It has real potential.

Sorry for the bad news at this time of year.

I've been telling everyone all month we have 1 more whopper due to us. Its only fitting that it may be on my daughters birthday!

Now, I don't necessarily believe weather.com is all that accurate, but there ain't no snow in their forecast for Monday or anytime thereafter.

As an update, it is looking more and more like the storm will be big, but that it will be too far to the south to give the Lakes Region any real weather.

I want to see the models again tomorrow morning, but for right now it is looking like a miss. Sorry to get you snow lovers overly excited for what now looks like a dud.

There is still an outside chance that we get hit, maybe that is less than a 10% chance.

I would not be postponing any day-after-Easter cook-outs. :)

Happy Easter to all!
