It's a little late this year but the 2008 Ice-Out Guess Contest (http://www.winnipesaukee.com/contests/2008) is now accepting guesses here (http://www.winnipesaukee.com/contests/2008). The contest will run through March 10th and the winners will be announced after Ice-Out is declared.
