Unfortunately, Dave, this state doesn't offer any, to my knowledge -- and I've been to the Registry recently. The only "non standard" plate available is the conservation one with the moose on it. Unlike Mass, Maine, Florida, etc., there's one plate and one plate only (with that one exception).

Are you absolutely, positively certain?

Vanity Plates
For many years New Hampshire offered the standard white with green lettering, "Live Free or Die," license plate (the state motto was coined by General John Stark, a Revolutionary War soldier).

Vanity plates have always been available and you apply for these initial plates using the Initial Plates Application DSMV 40. There is an extra fee for vanity or initial plates. New Hampshire offers two kinds of license plates, in addition to the regular white with green lettering:

Conservation plates―The Moose Plate
Veteran plates

Conservation plates have an attractive drawing of a moose while the veteran plates include an American Flag. Both plates still have the state motto, "Live Free or Die."Before you decide on a vanity plate, you may want to perform a Plate Check to see if the numbers and letters you want are available. Vanity plates can be fun with short quipped messages. They can also help your family and friends to recognize your car when it passes them on the road.
Other Special Plates
The state issues special license plates for state senators and representatives. Some veterans who have been decorated with the Purple Heart are issued special recognition license plates. Antique cars, commercial vehicles, special transporters also have unique license plate designations.

Sorry folks for leading you astray. I was looking for decorative scenic plates that I could put on the front of the car, not ones from the registry. MASS has only one plate. Wanted something from the Lake, etc.

I think the state may have missed an opportunity here. We have the largest number of registered "vanity" plates per capita in the nation. This leads me to believe that New Hampshire residents are willing to pay to get noticed or display a message. If we were to introduce even a small fraction of the number of "specialty" plated that states like Florida (seems like they have unlimited choices) offer we could solve all kinds of funding issues. Just a thought...

If you are looking for a "front plate" for a Mass vehicle I think you can hit up many small shops in the Lakes Region and find something. The Naswa, Moccason Shop etc., I'm sure they'll have something.

There aren't that many single plate blue/green numbered plates left in Mass so have fun til you can't.
