when will they learn........

With all the kayaks getting cut in half and everything else here, you'd think people would learn. This past week, I forget which night it was but it was the night we got that spectacular thunderstorm. I was on my dock fishing , watching the sky behind me and listening to the sound of thunder coming my way. I look out over the water and there goes two Cambodian gentlemen from Patrician Shores, leaving their dock in a canoe with a small outboard to go out fishing in the shoals out in front....oh yeah...and no lights. The sky got black and their were bolts of lightning across the sky. I called it a night and headed home but I looked out and these two idiots were going further away from their dock. I came back down to the water to watch the storm and sure enough, they were still out there in the pouring rain. It instantly turned black and I lost complete sign of them.
I saw them the next day back out fishing and I asked how the storm was last night and they just smiled and waved obviously not knowing any English. How do you say Capt bonehead in Cambodian.
