I hope to be purchasing a home in the Lakes Region soon. Can somebody recommend, "gulp...." good attorney to manage the purchase.

Bigdog, in order to make a referral it would be helpful to know what town, or at the very least, what county the property is located in.

Real Estate will be purchased in Belnap County. Proabably in one of the following towns: Laconia, Tilton, Meredith, Sanborton, Belmont

Always hire the local judge, especially if you are buying from a developer. It scares the pants off them.

i have used him for perhaps a half dozen real estate matters over a time span of 10 years ranging from routine inquiries to the purchase of 2 properties. Located in Center Harbor in the same bldg as C21, he is accessible and his rates are reasonable..
