Our on-board lab people are doing an analysis as we speak.

If you tell us you weren't aware that these roof shingles don't meet the Town's fire code, we're going to let you go with just a verbal warning.

Well, we do know what to do—call your insurance company!

Also, we've also got connections with the Marine Patrol. We'll see that they don't cite you for a violation of RSA 270 G:1(q), which states,
"Every boathouse shall be conspicuously marked as to minimum clearance".

LACONIA, N.H. (AP) -- New Hampshire Marine Patrol authorities continue to seek the public's help in identifying the owner and operator of a vessel that recently struck town docks and fled the scene shortly before law enforcement officials arrived. Officials assure the public that all tips will remain strictly anonymous.

Ok, who forgot to bring the anchor?

Actually, my Dad and I were standing by the boathouse at Colonial Pines in Center Harbor (a few hundred yards from where she wound up) and over the space of several minutes watched the wind take her from almost down by the Center Harbor town docks into the boathouse she hit.

Our comments went from "what the heck is she doing?" to "why the heck doesn't she drop anchor?" (I'm still sure about the answer to that question, or whether she even carries an anchor!)

I got it !!!, I learned it during the State Boater Safety Course: the pointy end is the bow, and the roundy end is the back, I mean stern.
