What are we looking at for Snow Amounts?

Hi I have a place on Paugus Bay that I am doing work to and I come up every weekend to do it from RI. Could you tell me if possible what are the conditions right now or how much snow Laconia is looking at, need to know if I need a shovel or not this weekend? Also does Paugus Bay usually "ice-out" before the rest of the lake? just itching to get the boat in
