Hey, if anyone happens to pass by the MS Mt. Washington in its winter location while carrying a digital camera and can post stuff on this forum, could you please post a pic? My kids are dying to see the their beloved ship in the ice.

Thanks, thanks, thanks in advance. No hurry. Just if you happen to be passing by and have a camera handy and are in no particular hurry to be anywhere.

Jersey Girl (in nasty, cold NJ where the snow is really old, dirty, hard as a rock and ugly as all get out and the nearest body of frozen water is a duck pond. Blah).

Check out the photo that csuhockey3 posted under the title of Photopost - unedited on Monday February 16th. Your children should like it!
Also check out the Photopost on the Winnipesaukee home page. The ice ridges Island Girl posted are incredible. There are so many pictures to look at here. Lots of talent. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and check out the different categories. Some great winter pictures here.

Duh! I saw the photos with the ice ridges - they were awesome! But I stupidly never thought to look in the Photopost for pictures of the Mount. Thanks so much for links and the pictures. Much appreciated! Makes me even lonelier for the Lake.

I couldn't resist posting a few pictures of the Mount to add to the many good ones already there. My wife and I spent a few enjoyable days up North last week and stopped at several spots around Winni. It was much warmer than I expected with sunny days in the high 30s.

Here are 3 pix of the "fish out of water".
