Snowmobile Storage & lake access

Hi there!
Recently I had to get rid of my SUV, for the time being I have no way of towing my snowmobile to the lake to take a cruise. Anyone know of storage or garaging near Alton Bay, possibly at or near a marina so I could just get access to the lake?

There is a self storage facility on 28 just north of the traffic circle. Not sure if you could ride to the bay from there but perhaps. Sorry I don't recall the name. It's a new facility. Try www.google.com and type 'self storage facility Alton NH' and you should get a decent result. Good luck to you!

There is a storage facility in Gilford on Rte. 11. It is on the trail and a mile to the lake on that trail.

It is on the trail and a mile to the lake on that trail.If you're speaking of Gilford Self Storage on 10 Gilford East Drive, you are correct, you can store your trailer and sleds there, outside and it is right on the trail. it's a 20 minute car ride to Alton Bay from there.
