With the Holidays fast approaching I'm interested in Lake related gift ideas. I've listed a few suggestions below but I'd like to hear more from all of Santa's helpers out there.
Destination Winnipesaukee DVD (http://www.winnipesaukee.com/shop.html)
Bizer Lake Chart (http://www.winnipesaukee.com/shop.html)
Lake Charts and more from Duncan Press (http://www.duncanpressinc.com/)
Gift Certificate for a 2007 Boat Rental (http://www.anchormarine.net/certificates.htm)
Clothing and other items from the Winnipesaukee Store (http://www.cafepress.com/winni)
Any other ideas?

Home Comfort in Center Harbor has monogramed towel sets that say "Lake Winnipesaukee".....not cheap.but nice quality.Perfect mid-range gift for anyone who lives on or near the lake.

The Country Carriage in Meredith at Mill Falls has nice rustic looking signs that say the different towns around the lake, welcome to the lake, etc.
There are also nice sweatshirts that say Meredith, Lake Winni, etc...
All these ideas are super and very interesting, however, myself I like patronizing the advertisers on this forum and the forum store as much as possible to help support this wonderful site that we all enjoy all year long. :D

It’s a toss between a thong and a tote bag. That is a tough choice for some but I have to say that the tote bag is a great product and much more practical. It is made of heavy duty canvas material that is perfect for all the stuff that you take to the boat or beach. We have had one for several years and it is still good as new.

I'd go with the tote bag, too; but an old post about someone wearing a thong at the Naswa caused it to make the list.
On me, it would look something like this, which is why I'd go with the tote bag...

A few years ago, Fay's Boat Yard was selling small lampshades made from lake charts. You could have one custom made that would show a particular area of the lake, which is what I did.
They were very well made and produced locally.

Just sent off two of the hoodies to my son and his girlfriend in Key West..
Believe it or not... they think it's cold down there when it gets below 70 degrees.
Wish the free shipping included sending me down there to personally deliver the sweatshirts.:rolleye2:

Those of you who have visited Patrick's Pub might have noticed the granite pieces with Lake Winnipesaukee and Lake Winnisquam engraved into them. They are made locally by Kevin Gilbert of Gilbert Granite www.gilbertgranite.com Kevin also makes clocks with engravings such as Lake Winnipesaukee and the Old Man of the Mountain, which make fantastic gifts. 1071

I have one of these from the store with the antique lamps and shades in Meredith up behind the Mill's Falls Marketplace. Can't think of the name of it.
I also just ordered a map of Alton from the US Geological Survey website. They have lots of cool stuff. Here's the site:
