Hello,
I was wondering what the rules were on the lake regarding pulling either two water skiers or two tubes at one time.
Can anyone point/link me to the official rules regarding what can and cannot be done?
Thanks!
A little background on myself:

Residence on the lake = 5 years

You can pull up to, but no more than, 2 skiers, tubers, boarders, whatever. You need a legal observer for each. The rule from RSA 270-D:3 is:
III. No more than 2 persons may be towed on water skis, aquaplanes, or other devices from the same motorboat at the same time. When 2 persons are being towed, 2 observers, in addition to the operator, shall be in the towing vessel. Such observers shall be 13 years of age or older. Notwithstanding this paragraph, more than 2 skiers may be towed if a special permit is issued by the director.

Skiers is not a hard thing to do - but take care and use caution when towing two tubes - tubes have minds of their own - unlike skiers who steer and control the action. Two tubes whacking into one another can cause quite an accident at a speed of 20-25 mph. That said - It can be a good source of fun - but be careful when doing it!!:)
