Randy Walker in Wolfeboro. He is the best!

Christine Anderson in Bedford. Ansell & Anderson. Consistently rated in the "Top Lawyers" in NH. All she does is Estate Planning Law.

Regardless of who you choose to go with, make sure you go with an Estate Planning specialist. Do not go with the generalist attorney or the real estate attorney who does wills and trusts as a side gig.

If Manchester is not too far, Anu Mullikan of Devine Millimet is fantastic.

Deb Nottinger at Cleveland Waters and Bass in Concord. We have been pleased with services for estate planning as well as realty trust for the family camp.

We went with them and were happy with their work and fee.

KC's BBQ and Tucker's restaurant are close by for an added advantage. :D

I'm happy to post a third vote for Suzanne. She set up my trust last year and has also done the same for many of my friends and family.

Just remember that not all situations warrant setting up a trust: often a simple will plus some planning viz. IRA beneficiary designations will suffice.

Trusts can be cumbersome and costly.
