Are there any reliable Uber’s in Meredith?…

Thanks!

I tried Go Go Grandparent in Gilford. They use both Uber and Lyft, but could not find a driver. Laconia Taxi took me to Manchester where rides are easy.

I went on the Uber App last night and there were three vehicles available in Meredith all within 12 minutes. I am hoping the same holds true today at noon when I need them….

It's always such a crapshoot in the more remote areas.
If you wind up finding a good driver that you like, get their contact info. I've setup tons of side arrangements for airport rides and stuff with Uber drivers that I found through the app and then later hired direct. Saves you the hassle of hoping for a match the next time you need a ride.

I also used to use Prince Limo a lot. Tell Stephanie you know me and she will take care you. (603) 895-6003

Yeah we got stranded!…:eek::eek:

Took my boat to the Meredith docks then took an Uber over to the Traveling Texas Smoke Shop in New Hampton on 104 and couldn’t get an Uber to bring us back! Had to call Mr C’s taxi in Laconia to come save us which they did! All in all a great day and just another story to tell the young’ns…

No need for Uber in the lakes region is why it does not exist here. Half the people are millionaires driving 40-thousand dollar cars/trucks and the other half are very mechanical and have some way cool older vehicle with vent windows, 4-speed stick and ac that works great.

Holding up a sign at Rt 3-Meredith Town Docks that says; "Islander Need ride - Rt 104 Texas BBQ - $2." and you'll get a ride very fast from someone. Could be anyone, but people will stop if you look like a safe bet. Half the people will refuse the two dollars like it could be an 85-year old guy driving a huge 2005 Lincoln who takes you there and refuses the two bucks or anyone ...... ha-ha-ha ..... :D!
