FLL, I am sure you will be there. I am always so impressed by what you do.
Is there any sport that you haven’t tried?
You have so much information about so many different subjects and I love the fact that you are very frugal.
FYI, I have been watching closely to see your age change from 70 to 71. I’m thinking your birthday has already gone by.

Thanks for asking ...... will hit that 71-year in about two weeks ..... you know what happens ...... as each year goes by, I get a year older ...... who knew? ....
Gunstock-Belknap County Day; is always interesting to visit a familiar ski slope in the summer where you regularly ski it on the snow just to see it with all green grass. Taking the lift up to the summit and then walking back down the grass ski slope is doable on Belknap County Day.

Every day is NH day at NH parks for NH residents 65 and older. You can take the gondola to the top of Cannon whenever it is running! The Notch trail is breathtaking!

Belknap County owned Gunstock is known for its view of Lake Winnipesaukee, and State of NH owned Cannon Mt is known for its steep slopes and the large, nearby Cannon cliffs which used to be home to the Old Man on the Mountain.

If you are 62 years or older, you can buy a senior pass for $20 a year that will let you visit most of the national parks in the United States. For $80, you can get a lifetime pass. You can bring up to three additional adults who get in for free as well.
My son-in-law‘s father has had one of these passes for many years and they have seen so many national parks, it is amazing! Some parks even offer discounts on different amenities, like camping.
If you’re younger than 62, it will cost a little bit more.
Two of my grandchildren did the fourth grade pass and really enjoyed it.
